• 60 OBI and Straight Side Presses (up to and including 200 ton)
• Bed sizes up to and including 60" x 42"
• Material Thicknesses: .015" to .250"
• Typically made from HR/CR 1006-1050 steel or aluminum (Wald will consider other materials that fit within our capabilities)
• Wald has both progressive and compound dies which run automatically from coiled steel, as well as hand fed press operations.

Tubular Products

• Custom Benders
• Thread rolling (up to 1" diameter)
• Can turn shapes such as chamfers, steps and angles on tubing, then cut tubing to length, utilizing machines that are automatically loaded with 16-ft. long lengths of tubing
• 1/4" to 1" diameter
• Typically made from 1008-1020 (Wald will consider other materials that fit within our capabilities)
